Vivatar began with a simple dream: to create a place where travellers could truly feel at home.
As a businessman in real estate with deep roots and strong connections in the Hounslow community, our founder has always believed that a hotel should be more than a place to sleep. Living and working in the area, he saw an opportunity to create something different — a beautiful, welcoming place for those travelling through Heathrow, visiting London, or simply needing a moment to pause, without the cost of luxury coming at the expense of comfort.
And so, Vivatar was born.
Every room has been thoughtfully designed to create a sense of calm, with comfort and rest at the heart of the experience. At the back of the hotel, a beautiful garden offers a quiet escape — a place to sit, breathe, unwind and simply enjoy a little peace away from the pace of London.
For us, hospitality is personal. It’s about being welcomed warmly, sleeping well, feeling cared for and knowing that, even when you’re far from home, you have found somewhere that feels like it.

Local Vision
Having spent years working in and around Hounslow, our founder understood the area not simply as a place on a map, but as a community. He also understood the needs of the many travellers who pass through it every day — people flying through Heathrow, visiting London for business or leisure, or looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay without the premium price of a traditional luxury hotel.
He imagined a hotel that felt personal rather than impersonal, peaceful rather than busy, and welcoming rather than transactional.
That vision became Vivatar.

Vivatar is perfectly placed for modern travellers.
We're in Hounslow, West London, approximately a 6-minute walk from Hounslow Central Tube Station on the Piccadilly Line, with convenient connections towards Heathrow Airport and Central London. Heathrow is around a 15-minute drive from the hotel, depending on traffic.
It's a location chosen deliberately — close enough to make travelling easy, yet peaceful enough to give you somewhere comfortable to come home to.
